Synchronised was co-founded by eventing specialists, Dean Carlson and Frank van den Berg, to offer clients a strategic alternative to traditional advertising.
The two have extensive industry experience, totalling more than 30 years, with Carlson drawing on his previous experiences as an event manager, business development consultant, associate and personal development trainer, and project manager specialising in the fields of technology, marketing and advertising, media and national event coordination.
Van den Berg was previously involved in the organisation of local and international theatre and concert productions, before founding the award-winning media content delivery company, Spectrum. He has also been involved in the South African broadcast industry, specialising in consulting on multi-faceted media solutions.
